Speaking to Bloomberg's Selcuk Gokoluk, Gemcorp Capital Portfolio Manager Pranav Khamar discusses the critical ingredients needed for the next phase of AI infrastructure investment, with select markets in Central Europe and Africa benefiting from lower energy costs and access to skilled talent.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="541">"While Western Europe has faced constraints around power and grid capacity, select markets in Central Europe and Africa can offer competitively priced energy and skilled workforces," said Khamar.</p><p data-renderer-start-pos="738">As connectivity improves and digital demand grows, these overlooked markets have the potential to become increasingly relevant.
