Gemcorp Group Announces Appointment of Carey Nemeth as President

<p style="margin-left: 0" data-pasted="true">Gemcorp Group ("Gemcorp"), a leading emerging markets investment firm, today announced the appointment of Carey Nemeth as President.</p><p style="margin-left: 0">Nemeth joins the firm's executive leadership team to support the continued growth and development of the Group, including Gemcorp Capital and Imbono.</p><p style="margin-left: 0">In his role as President, Nemeth will be responsible for driving the execution of Gemcorp's firmwide strategy, leading capital formation and investor engagement activities, advancing business development initiatives across core markets, and ensuring operational excellence across the Group's global platform.</p><p style="margin-left: 0">Nemeth brings more than three decades of experience in global financial markets. He was a Founding Partner at Eisler Capital, where most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Americas, overseeing the firm's business and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Eisler Capital, he was managing director at Goldman Sachs, serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Fixed Income and Equities Divisions in EMEA.</p><p style="margin-left: 0">Commenting on the appointment, Atanas Bostandjiev, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gemcorp, said:</p><p style="margin-left: 0"><em>"I have known Carey for many years, dating back to our time at Goldman Sachs.
